Baseline established
Reviewed reports from Tata 1mg and GVK Diagnostics. Created daily tracking sheet for sugar, iron, Vitamin D, and BP.
First rules locked in
Morning walk minimum 25 minutes. Sugar removed from the house. Meal timings fixed across all three meals.
Systems added
Medication alarms set. Water intake tracked. Sleep timing made consistent. Energy levels visibly improving.
