I want them here
for 150 years.

There's a gym in front of my house. I could have rented it, built on it, collected checks. Normal adult behavior. Instead I named it Project 150. Not for branding. Because I want my parents alive for 150 years. With today's medicine, better habits, and enough will, I think the curve bends. What's the point of stacking money if I can't stack mornings with the two people who made me? I just want them there. Mad love. That's the whole thesis.

Mom and Dad on their morning walk

Mom & Dad

The whole project is about two people who didn't sign up for a gym membership. Add a candid photo at assets/images/family/parents.jpg when they let you take one.

Dad, 74. Mom, 66. The reason every chart is on the wall and every alarm is set.

Why 150 isn't fantasy

We're not waiting for magic. We're stacking boring advantages: daily walks, protein at every meal, sleep timing, meds on schedule, retest labs, gym at the gate so distance isn't an excuse.

Biology is improving faster than our parents' habits did. Will is the lagging indicator. We're supplying both.

Telugu at the table

Most of our kitchen charts and recipe cards are in Telugu because that's the language at our table. English on this site. Telugu on the wall. Same rules, two scripts.

What we're actually doing

Not a startup. A longevity bet with dumbbells.

Project 150 gym at night, lights on, gates open, no membership desk

The gym nobody paid for

Right in front of my house. Could've been rental income. Instead it's a gym with my parents on the only membership tier that matters: still breathing, still here, still annoyed at me sometimes.

Water, part one: the kitchen

You can't drag a horse to water. Fine. I moved the water into the kitchen. Telugu charts on the wall. Sugar evicted. Mom negotiates at festivals. We hold the line.

New stack: protein pancakes

~40g protein. Whipped whites. Low heat. Lid on. The kind of breakfast that doesn't need a lecture afterward.
